Mental Health America of Southeast Florida

The mission of Mental Health America of Southeast Florida (MHASEFL) is to promote mental health and victory over mental illness and related challenges through education, prevention, advocacy, research, and empowerment. MHASEFL provides a range of programs and services for the general public as well as for persons with behavioral disorders. Primary volunteer opportunities include school-based mentoring and prevention programs for children. Others include family support, warm-line services, peer support to behavioral health consumers and art activities via MHA's 9Muses Art Center.
