Summer Service Camp 2024: Session 2
Summer Service Camp is designed for teens, ages 13-18, to serve their community through participating in a variety of service projects throughout Broward County. This program will inspire, equip, and mobilize youth to take action that changes the world and themselves through service. HandsOn South Florida gives teens the opportunity to see firsthand the issues in their communities and the tools and resources they need to respond and become part of the solution.
During Summer Service Camp, the youth will participate in 3 full days at Margate Elementary where they will work on school revitalization projects, team building activities, leadership skills and more. The other 2 days will be off site at varying service locations where they will engage in meaningful service opportunities. Dropoff and pickup each day will be at Margate Elementary School.
