DIY Volunteer project: T-shirt Hygiene Kits
The TaskForce Fore Ending Homelessness is a non-profit that serves the homeless population of Broward County. The organization achieves its mission through street outreach, advocacy, referrals to shelters and food pantries, as well as referring those who need additional support from mental health & substance abuse programs. The group also focuses on helping displaced people find affordable housing programs throughout the county.
HandsOn Broward volunteers will help TaskForce collect much needed essential hygiene items for those who have become displaced. By repurposing old t-shirts, volunteers will create reusable bags and fill the bags with various hygiene items.

** For all DIY Projects, you do not need to wait for confirmation. Once you have expressed interest and accessed the instructions, you are free to begin the project and submit upon completion.

Thursday, November 3rd 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
Monday, November 7th 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM
Thursday, November 10th 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
Monday, November 14th 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM
Tuesday, November 15th 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM
The last day to drop off your T-shirt kits is November 15th.
