Help Out - Broward County Library 5K Suit Run
The Broward County Library inaugural 5K Suit Run will benefit two entities. One is My Style Matters, Inc. a community support system for cancer survivors and confidence building. Second is the Achievement Foundation of Fort Lauderdale, Inc., which supports charitable, scientific and educational endeavors for youth. Donations of clean, new or used men’s and women’s suits will be collected to outfit debate team students at Broward County Public Schools. Volunteers will help with a variety of jobs, including
- Registration
- Packet Distribution
- Troubleshooting Desk
- Course Marshals
- Water Stations
- Refreshments
- ...and more!
Volunteer groups are welcome, so if you are part of a service organization, honors society, school club or team, or even just a group of friends, sign up here. Wear close-toed shoes and weather-appropriate apparel
