July 2025 DIY: Back to School Kits
Beneficiary: A Place in Time
A Place in Time strives to fight food insecurity and care for local families with respect, kindness,love, and compassion. Their mission is to bring HOPE by Helping Others Excel in Purposeful Living.
For this month's DIY Project, volunteers are being asked to collect items and assemble Back to School Kits for the children being served at A Place in Time.
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL STEPS (missing steps will delay hours verification process):

- Fill Out the DIY Documentation Form (THIS STEP IS REQUIRED)
- Mail or drop off your completed project to HandsOn South Florida
** For all DIY Projects, you do not need to wait for confirmation.
Once you have expressed interest and accessed the instructions (above under "2"), you are free to begin the project and submit upon completion.
DIY collection will be held on the following dates:
June 30th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 1st 10 AM to 2 PM
July 7th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 9th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 11th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 14th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 16th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 21st 10 AM to 2 PM
July 23rd 10 AM to 2 PM
July 28th 10 AM to 2 PM
July 30th 10 AM to 2 PM
The last day to drop off the DIY PROJECT will be Wednesday, July 30th.
Please drop off DIY projects at the HandsOn South Florida office, located at 5815-B North Andrews Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. (Use Google Maps)
*Late DIY Project submissions WILL NOT be accepted*
