Creation Station Innovation Lab Assistant – West Regional Library
Do you like being creative, exploring new technology, and helping others learn? West Regional Library is looking for volunteers to assist in our Creation Station Lab – Broward County’s first free community makerspace. This hands-on space offers access to tools like 3D printers, audio/video production equipment, electronics kits, and more.
Volunteers will assist customers, help maintain equipment, and support a welcoming, innovative environment.
Volunteer responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with equipment and software
- Monitoring and maintaining a clean, safe lab space
- Supporting programs involving computer programming, crafts, virtual reality, and more
- Helping with setup and breakdown of lab activities
This is a great opportunity for individuals who like technology, creativity, and working with the public. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
