Summer Service Camp 2025: Session 1

Week 1: June 16, 2025-June 20, 2025 

Summer Service Camp is a dynamic program designed for teens ages 13-18 to make a meaningful impact in their community through a variety of service projects across Broward County. This experience aims to inspire, empower, and equip youth with the skills and knowledge needed to take action—transforming both their communities and themselves through service. HandsOn South Florida provides teens with firsthand exposure to local issues, along with the tools and resources to become part of the solution. 

Throughout the camp, participants will spend 3 days at the HandsOn South Florida office, engaging in team-building activities, leadership development, community service, and social impact initiatives. The remaining days will be spent off-site at different service locations, where they will take part in meaningful volunteer projects. The schedule of on-site and off-site days may vary. Drop-off and pickup will take place at the HandsOn South Florida office each day. 

 
Summer Service Camp 2025 Details:  

Week 1: June 16, 2025-June 20, 2025 
Location: Dropoff & pickup located at the HandsOn South Florida office 

                      5815-B N. Andrews Way 

   Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33309 

Time: 9AM-5PM 
Cost: $399/camper (per session). This cost covers transportation to and from service locations, camp t-shirt & swag, lunch on Friday and project supplies. 

 *Note: lunch is only provided on Fridays. 

 
Service Hours: Campers will receive 40 hours of community service.
