Food Distribution
Specific roles are assigned at the time of your arrival:
- Registration - Sign in families when they arrive and guide them through the registration area.
- Special donations - Guide families while they choose the special donations they want.
- Operations Team - Help getting all other donations in the family boxes.
- Produce Area - Help getting all the produce in the family boxes.
- Runners - Help load the donations on our shopping carts, take them to the families' cars and bring them back to load them again.
- Prayer team - Pray with families in need of prayer.
- Traffic control - Direct parking lot incoming and outgoing traffic.
Arrive by 8:45am to be assigned to a role and be trained. Volunteers must be 16+ years old unless a parent will be with younger child at all times. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing up all the time.
We serve over 350 families in need in Broward County and we are delighted to have you join our mission of serving the less fortunate.
