Meal Packing with City of Oakland Park
HandsOn Broward has partnered with the City of Oakland Park and Farm Share to address food insecurity amidst rising food costs lowering acessability by delivering meals to homebound individuals and seniors monthly. Volunteers are needed to pack meal kits for individual households before they are delivered by our volunteer drivers. By participating in this volunteer opportunity, you will help provide over 100 homebound individuals with much needed access to groceries.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Light to moderate lifting and/or bending may be required
- Availability during entire volunteer shift 10:00 am- 12:30 pm

Age Minimum (with Adult): 5+, Minimum Age:13+, Court Ordered Volunteer - Allowed
