Zombie Apocalypse Prep Party (ZAPP)

If you love Halloween and want to be prepared for anything, this is the event for you! Starbucks Service Fellows are working with HandsOn Broward to help in Disaster Preparedness and Response Training.  Since the needs for most disasters are very similar and hurricane season is near its end we are hosting a Zombie Apocalypse Prep Party & Disaster Training. Attendees will be taught:

  • how to plan for disasters,
  • how to stay safe and
  • how to make an emergency kit.
We will be having a costume contest as well as a raffle to win a free emergency kit! Spooky snacks and delicious drinks will be made available. When the zombies come crawling, you will be ready! Your emergency kit will also prepare you for hurricane season.
