Night of Literary Feasts
Night of Literary Feasts is a gala fundraiser for Broward Public Library Foundation. The “Feast” was established in 1988 to raise funds to support public library programs. This vital community event has raised more than $4 million since its inception, with a mission of supporting Broward County Library literacy programs and services that enrich the entire community. This year’s goal is to raise a net profit of $175,000 for summer learning program.
Volunteers will primarily help with registration, along with greeting and directing guests. Volunteers must:
- Have a love of books
- Be good with technology (will use iPads)
- Be quick & friendly while registering guests
- Be nicely dressed for a cocktail event
Light bites will be provided to volunteers who participate in this event. If you are interested in volunteering at this event, please Express Interest below and someone from BPLF will get back to you to discuss next steps.
