Annual Children of the Lotus
The purpose of the project is to introduce and afford information to parents for healthier eating and cooking. Children are inspired to become more self aware through practice of meditation, yoga, craft instruction and music. Volunteers are needed to help set up the rooms for presenters; assist presenters in distributing materials; distributing progress sheets to each attendee. They are useful in setting up, serving, and clearing after the meal. We provide lunch and healthy snacks during the day.
